I started making videos on YouTube when I was 13 years old, My best friend, that some of you may know as ‘The Guy In The Blue Shirt’ in my YouTube videos, started doing something called calisthenics.
From there, everything changed… He did all these crazy skills and exercises with his body weight, and I fell in love with it, but the main thing I was amazed about was the body transformation he made, and I wondered just how I could get a body like his too. I began posting a lot of fitness content & at some point, I kept getting the same questions over and over again
I really wanted to help each person individually, So I created a course that is easy to follow and for every level, even if someone can’t do a pushup or pull up, or has no equipment, The 90-day challenge is for you.
